About the Position:
Sterling Engineering is seeking a Plant Asset Optimization Lead to join our maintenance team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving the optimization of our plant's assets and processes.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to increase equipment uptime and reliability
- Establish performance metrics for preventive maintenance practices
- Support department objectives, including maintenance programs, RCA, and safety initiatives
- Implement predictive maintenance using operational data analysis
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering or related field
Experience:
- Minimum 5 years in industrial manufacturing environment (Food/Beverage preferred)
- Minimum 2 years in maintenance, reliability, or industrial engineering
