Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee production supervisors and key functional areas supporting manufacturing.
- Develop and execute production and shipping schedules, ensuring quality standards and cost efficiencies are met.
- Manage plant budgets, workforce planning, and operational cost control.
- Implement and enforce operational policies and procedures aligned with the company’s strategic goals.
- Ensure the safe and efficient operation of manufacturing equipment while maintaining regulatory compliance.
- Monitor quality and productivity metrics, ensuring operational targets related to Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost are met.
- Drive a culture of employee training, development, and engagement, including performance management and corrective actions.
- Lead Six Sigma and Lean Manufacturing initiatives, guiding teams through continuous improvement projects.
- Conduct regular team meetings to strengthen communication and reinforce Business Management Systems (BMS) and Operational Excellence.
- Serve as a change agent, implementing innovative solutions to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred or a minimum of 4 years of leadership experience in a manufacturing, distribution, or operations environment.
- Proven ability to lead production teams, manage budgets, and execute operational strategies in a fast-paced setting.
- Strong expertise in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and process improvement methodologies.
- Ability to foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Exceptional problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational skills.
Salary : $115,000 - $145,000
