- Analyze, plan, and execute process improvement initiatives.
- Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and internal policies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives.
- Develop and deliver training programs to support new processes.
- Monitor and report on the progress and effectiveness of change initiatives.
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, or a relevant technical field.
- 5 years of experience in process improvement within a regulated manufacturing environment.
- Strong project management, analytical, and communication skills.
