Job Summary:

This role drives operational excellence by leading and managing the implementation of process improvements and changes across a regulated healthcare manufacturing facility.

Job Duties:

• Analyze, plan, and execute process improvement initiatives.
• Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and internal policies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives.
• Develop and deliver training programs to support new processes.
• Monitor and report on the progress and effectiveness of change initiatives.
  
  

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, or a relevant technical field.
• 5 years of experience in process improvement within a regulated manufacturing environment.
• Strong project management, analytical, and communication skills.
