• Develop and maintain BOMs, wiring schematics, and piping schematics to ensure seamless manufacturing.
• Assist in the design, prototyping, and testing of custom-engineered systems. Source and qualify high-performance components to push the boundaries of product capabilities.
• Develop and refine office and production processes to enhance quality and productivity. Conduct failure analysis, implement corrective and preventive actions, and drive customer satisfaction through superior product performance.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering (or Electrical Engineering with a strong mechanical background) with a background in heating or cooling, HVAC or thermodynamics.
• Passion for manufacturing, product design, and process efficiency. A problem-solving mindset with a drive for innovation and continuous improvement.
