Job Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate new product introduction projects from concept to implementation
- Validate product tooling and automation design approaches using technical expertise
- Create and execute project work plans, managing resources and team responsibilities
- Serve as primary point of contact for supplier and customer relationships
- Manage project budgets, analyze profitability, and track key financial metrics
- Partner with Quality department on assurance procedures and engagement reviews
- Lead cross-functional teams in implementing lean manufacturing solutions
- Estimate and revise costs for molding/assembly programs
- Direct modifications to existing molds based on customer requirements
- Identify business development opportunities within projects
- Conduct regular status meetings with project teams and stakeholders
- Provide technical support to Sales team in customer interactions
Essential:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
- 5 years' experience in Project Management
- Strong understanding of automation in manufacturing
- Experience with lean manufacturing and continuous improvement practices
- Knowledge of injection molding, tooling, materials, and processing
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Leadership and team motivation abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
Salary Range: $115,000 - $135,000 USD
