Position: Quality Engineer
Location: Cary, IL 60013
I am looking for an experienced Quality Engineer with 3-5 years of manufacturing industry or a Production Environment. The ideal candidate will have experience in packaging or GMP production environment and have previous experience investigating customer issues – corrective and preventative action (CAPA), RCA, customer contact and interaction. This role requires a dynamic individual who thrives in a flexible packaging environment for medical devices and plastics, embraces leadership responsibilities, and is committed to growing within a small team setting.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Quality Engineering experience within a regulated environment
- Certified Quality Auditor (CQA) or Certified Quality Engineer (CQE) preferred.
- Previous ERP/MRP experience required.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint and Outlook) required.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to effectively communicate and share knowledge with others required.
- Works well with other departments in communication of timelines, priorities and resolving ambiguous tasks/situations.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required
