Title: Quality Manager
Pay: $110-120K

Hire Type: Direct Hire
Benefits: The 401(k) plan is provided through John Hancock, with enrollment available at the start of each quarter. The employer matches 25% of employee contributions, up to 4% of salary, with a maximum employer match of 1%. Job Duties:
- Serve as the Management Representative for the IATF-16949 quality management system.
- Lead quality initiatives while ensuring compliance with customer requirements.
- Implement defect reduction strategies and oversee nonconforming materials.
- Supervise final inspections, ensuring an efficient and accurate product flow.
- Manage department personnel, including training and performance optimization.
- Investigate and resolve customer quality complaints, implementing corrective actions.
- Participate in APQP meetings to proactively address potential processing issues.
- Maintain calibration system accuracy and oversee PPAP submissions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or manufacturing technology, or equivalent experience.
- 5 years of experience in quality management.
- ASQ certification and IATF 16949 training preferred.
- Strong communication skills with a team-oriented approach.
