Key Responsibilities
- Deliver comprehensive customer service support to corporate clients, including national retailers, restaurants, distributors, and agencies.
- Respond to public inquiries regarding products purchased at retail stores, providing accurate information and timely issue resolution.
- Manage the end-to-end order process , from entry to delivery, while coordinating with internal teams to ensure on-time, in-full shipments.
- Perform high-volume data entry and processing across multiple internal and external systems, including Excel.
- Collaborate with the sales team and assist with general office tasks .
- Support additional projects and tasks as assigned.
