Job Summary :
- As a key member of our operations team, the Senior Safety Manager will oversee the development and implementation of comprehensive safety programs. This role is critical in ensuring a safe and compliant work environment, driving a culture of safety excellence, and minimizing risk.
Job Duties :
Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive safety programs, ensuring compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local regulations.Conduct thorough risk assessments, implement control measures, and investigate incidents to prevent future occurrences.Deliver impactful safety training programs to employees at all levels, fostering a culture of safety awareness and ownership.Stay abreast of evolving safety regulations and ensure compliance through proactive measures and timely audits.Develop and execute robust emergency response plans, including evacuation drills and crisis management procedures.Mentor and develop the safety team, fostering a collaborative and high-performing culture.Utilize data analytics to identify trends, prioritize efforts, and measure the effectiveness of safety initiatives.Drive a culture of continuous improvement by implementing innovative safety solutions and leveraging industry best practices.Qualifications :
