Position: Spring Coiling Engineering Technician
Hours/Shift: 8am - 5pm Mon-Fri
Hire Type: Direct Hire, hourly with full benefits

Responsibilities:
- Operate and program CNC coiling and winding machinery
- Set up and maintain equipment for optimal performance
- Ensure quality control and precision in manufacturing processes
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
- Monitor production efficiency and output
- Follow clean room protocols and safety procedures
- Train and mentor other team members as needed
- Maintain detailed documentation of processes and procedures
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
- Collaborate with engineering and quality control teams
Requirements:
- Minimally 4 years experience working with CNC Spring Coiling machinery
