$34.05 per hour, Monday to Saturday, 7AM - 3PM
Role Overview:
The Industrial Electrician will be responsible for diagnosing problems and repairing various machines and equipment such as automated blast systems, paint booths, man-movers, cleaning systems, welding units, infrared drying ovens, programmable controllers, comfort heaters, boilers, air compressors, and mobile equipment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnose problems and repair machines and equipment using technical knowledge and expertise.
- Connect power supply wires to machines and equipment, and connect cables and wires between machines and equipment.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure smooth operation of equipment.
- Work collaboratively with other maintenance workers, managers of maintenance, and other employees to diagnose and resolve issues.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 2 years of experience in industrial electrical maintenance.
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as blueprints and maintenance manuals.
- Basic math skills.
