Job Duties :
- Manage, control, and improve manufacturing processes
- Identify and eliminate production bottlenecks
- Monitor, measure, and reduce waste
- Minimize work in process inventory and manufacturing lead times
- Develop and train group leaders and supervisors
- Manage production and employee issues
- Motivate, train, and develop employees
- Manufacture high-quality products
- Interface with engineering for design improvements
- Ensure a safe and OSHA-compliant work environment
- Administer company policies and procedures
- Determine and pursue continuous improvement opportunities
