Job Summary:
- Lead a team of engineers and designers to deliver substation projects on time and within budget. Oversee project planning, design, and execution, ensuring compliance with industry standards and client requirements. Foster a collaborative team culture and build strong client relationships.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or related field (Master's preferred).
- PE license required.
- 20 years' experience in substation engineering, design, or project management.
- 5 years' leadership experience.
- Strong knowledge of substation systems, industry standards, and regulations.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with utility or renewable energy projects.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software.
- Familiarity with modern engineering and design practices.
