Responsibilities:
- Develop and design innovative tools and equipment for production, manufacturing, or assembly processes.
- Create detailed technical drawings, schematics, and specifications for new tools.
- Ensure tool designs meet quality standards, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.
- Lead tool design projects from concept to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and scope.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (engineering, production, procurement) to align on project goals and deliverables.
- Develop project schedules, resource allocation plans, and risk management strategies.
- Track and report on project progress, milestones, and deliverable completion.
What is Needed?
- Engineering focused Bachelors Degree
- At least 5 years of relevant experience
- Tool Design a must
- Injection Mold experience a must
- NX preferred
Salary : $90,000 - $120,000
