Title : Warehouse Manager
Location : Brockton, MA
Shift & Hours : 1st shift, flexible schedule (8am-5pm)
Pay Rate : $75K $120K plus 5-10% annual bonus

The Warehouse Manager is responsible for ensuring the efficient movement of materials between production, outside warehouses, and customers, minimizing downtime and customer errors. The role also includes managing work schedules to handle all shipping, receiving, and production support functions.
Responsibilities :
- Maintain operational adherence to the company SOPs, attendance policies, and safety programs.
- Oversee training of all new hires in AIB, GMP, and Forklift Training.
- Ensure all warehouse equipment is in good working order, including refrigerated trailers for preventive maintenance and safe tractors.
- Track daily KPIs and update the Productivity Board accordingly.
- Ensure a seamless shift changeover, including operational shift summaries, transfers, and releases.
- Review daily production, transfer, inbound, and outbound schedules to determine proper staffing and minimize production downtime and carrier detention fees.
- Coordinate release requests for materials with storage facilities for current-day production.
- Verify drivers’ schedules and ensure efficient material movement between facilities.
- Investigate discrepancies in work orders, BOL’s, and receiving reports.
- Oversee pallet exchanges between company and outside cold storage locations.
- Record vehicle mileage for leasing and billing accuracy.
- Verify logistics department attendance and submit payroll records.
- Review next day’s production schedule, raw materials, and packaging material coordination.
- Support the movement of finished goods and ensure product availability for scheduled outbound loads.
- Assist with reconciling general ledger accounts and addressing invoicing or billing discrepancies.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
