Service Technician

Sterling Farm has a opening for a full time service technician at our Sterling OH location. You primarily will be working on lawn and garden equipment. Also helping with setting up new lawn mowers. You do not need a CDL for this position.

Duties:

- Perform maintenance and repair tasks on various equipment and machinery
- Diagnose and troubleshoot issues to determine the root cause of problems
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure equipment is functioning properly
- Complete service reports and maintain accurate records of work performed
- Provide exceptional customer service and address any concerns or questions
- Collaborate with sales team to identify potential upsell opportunities

Requirements:

- Previous experience as a service technician or in a similar role preferred
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Physically fit and capable of heavy lifting as needed
