Russell Landscaping Group is seeking a hands-on Integrations Management Office (IMO) Leader to drive the successful integration of newly acquired businesses, ensuring alignment with our strategic goals and operational efficiency.
You will work closely with the executive team, business unit leaders, and The Sterling Group to create a structured and repeatable integration playbook, ensuring seamless assimilation of acquisitions into Russell Landscaping Group. You will be responsible for overseeing integration planning, execution, and performance tracking across various functions. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the integration strategy for newly acquired businesses, ensuring operational and cultural alignment.
- Serve as a liaison between corporate functions, business units, and The Sterling Group, driving communication, coordination, and alignment.
- Develop and implement an IMO framework that supports Russell Landscaping Groups long-term M&A strategy.
- Track and report key integration KPIs, milestones, and performance metrics to measure the success of each integration.
- Facilitate and orchestrate integration reviews and decision-making meetings, ensuring alignment across stakeholders.
- Provide problem-solving and process support to project managers, business leaders, and functional teams to enable smooth transitions and minimize disruption.
- Ensure that integration efforts drive synergy realization and align with Russell Landscaping Groups value creation goals.
- Act as a thought leader and advisor, identifying risks and opportunities related to each integration and recommending mitigation strategies.
- Standardize best practices and integration playbooks to create a scalable and repeatable acquisition integration process.
- Partner with finance, operations, HR, IT, and commercial teams to ensure seamless cross-functional integration.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelors degree preferred in finance, business management, operations, or a related field; MBA a plus.
- 10 years of experience in M&A integration, consulting, or a leadership role with a focus on business transformation.
- Strong financial and business acumen, with the ability to analyze and report on key operational and financial performance indicators.
- Experience managing complex projects, balancing multiple priorities, stakeholders, and deadlines.
- Highly proficient in PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and project management tools.
- Strong data analytics capabilities to track and report on integration progress and impact.
- Ability to work cross-functionally, influence stakeholders, and drive results in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in process improvement and operational excellence in post-merger integration scenarios.
- Must be able to remain calm under pressure and adapt to evolving business needs.
- Outstanding collaboration, leadership, and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to present to senior executives.
