As a Temp Part-Time Maintenance Technician, you will:
- Ensure the physical aspects of the property meet the company’s established standards
- Diagnose problems and make repairs
- Maximum work hours per week is 24 hours
- On Call alternating weeks (on-call bonus is $50/week)
- Schedule: MWF 8:30am - 4:30pm *subject to change
Reports to: Property Manager
Qualifications:
- Valid Driver's License required
- Minimum 1-2 years’ experience in maintenance or equivalent field
- Prior apartment maintenance experience preferred
- Knowledge in general building trades
- EPA Certification preferred
- Proficient in reading, writing, grammar, and mathematical skills
- Possess your own basic tools to perform apartment/building maintenance
