We are seeking an experienced Director Commercial & Growth to spearhead our revenue generation and market expansion efforts. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to establish product market fit, drive growth, optimize demand generation, devise testing plans, analyze and learn across platforms. You will report to the Head of Business and will lead a small team that is responsible for e-commerce, digital subscriptions, and our social media presence.
Specific Responsibilities
Growth
- Develop and implement data-driven growth strategies that align with Kohler Ventures’ vision and business objectives.
- Define growth strategies to achieve product market fit and a scalable business model.
- Be responsible for achieving and improving key business metrics such as active users, active subscriptions, unit sales, customer retention, cost of customer acquisition, and lifetime value.
- Own the ecommerce and digital subscription monetization strategy.
- Identify and capitalize on new market opportunities to drive revenue growth.

The approved base salary range for this position is $154,850 - $198,450. The actual base salary offered to a candidate may be higher than the approved range. This will vary depending on a variety of factors including the candidate’s experience, their education, and the work location. This position is subject to Area Salary Differential (Cost of Living Adjustment) that ranges from 16% of base salary for the NYC metro area. The approved base salary range including ASD for this position is $179,626 - $230,202 depending on location. In addition, this position is eligible for a performance bonus and a special project incentive. Available benefits include medical, dental, vision, and 401k.
