Job Description

1) Coordinate the DEA Systems at the company to ensure compliance with procedures
and regulations
2) Prepare all DEA reportable documentation
3) Prepare or review and approve all procedures related to DEA compliance
4) Prepare and approve all procedures related to OSHA compliance
5) Perform duties of the QA & Compliance Associates, as required
6) Provide QA support and coverage in the GMP manufacturing area
7) Assist in company regulatory inspections as well as conduct internal and external
audits
8) Audit vendors, contractors, and contract research organizations
9) Maintain vendor's certification program
10) Assist in establishing written standard operating procedures for the company and
maintain and review written SOPs
Critical Requirements
1) A university degree is required. Although all candidates are welcome and encouraged to apply, preference will be given to those with degrees in a relevant field
2) Appropriate full-time work experience is mandatory (no students or fresh graduates please)
3) Recent experience in the pharmaceutical industry is strongly preferred
4) Preference will be given to candidates with recent experience in quality assurance coordination
