We are looking for an Office Assistant/ Leasing professional (preferably with Property Management experience) to help with the organization and running of the daily operations. The ideal candidate will be a hard-working professional able to undertake a variety of office support tasks and work diligently under pressure. This person will be comfortable working with a high degree of attention to detail and discretion as well as incorporating new and effective ways to achieve better results.
Responsibilities
- Customer service
- Create and update records ensuring accuracy and validity of information
- Schedule and plan meetings and appointments
- Schedule work orders
- Process Applications and lease signings
- Answer phones and take messages
Skills
- Basic computer skills
- Attention to detail
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Ability to answer/operate multi-line phone system
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $16.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
