Sterling Medical is seeking a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) for a 3-year contract in Ramstein, Germany. In this role, you will provide counseling and mental health services to children, adolescents, and families at the Department of Defense Dependent School (DoDDS), with a focus on substance abuse prevention and treatment.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Annual Salary: $75,000
- Paid Time Off: 3 weeks of PTO, plus 10 Federal Holidays

Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize a counseling model that measures outcomes quantitatively.
- Implement proactive prevention strategies to develop life skills, reduce mental health disorders, and prevent adolescent substance abuse.
- Provide individual, group, and family counseling based on best practices.
- Conduct needs assessments and deliver outpatient services.
- Refer clients to medical facilities for intensive care when necessary.
- Develop risk management systems, clinical manuals, and educational resources for staff and clients.
Qualifications:
- Active LCSW license.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working with children, adolescents, and substance abuse.
- Certification in alcohol/substance abuse or willingness to obtain certification through the Breining Institute for RAS Certification.
- Valid state license.
