Responsibilities
- Source candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, and networking events.
- Conduct cold calling to engage potential candidates and promote job opportunities.
- Utilize HRIS systems such as Kronos and PeopleSoft for tracking applicants and managing recruitment data.
- Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
- Schedule and conduct interviews, providing feedback to candidates throughout the process.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Manage the applicant tracking system (ATS) using tools like iCIMS or Lever.
- Assist in the development of training programs for new hires as part of talent management initiatives.
- Perform research on industry trends and best practices in recruitment to enhance sourcing strategies.
Skills
- Proficiency in HRIS systems such as Kronos and PeopleSoft.
