Family Medicine Physician

Join a non-profit integrated regional health system in NW Ohio, with a significant footprint in NW Ohio serving eight county radius and employs more than 3,000 associates. Hospital founded over 100 years ago. Recently named one of the 100 Top Hospitals in the nation. Located outside of Toledo Metro, suburban community offering a higher quality of life, affordable housing and lower cost of living with outdoor recreational activities.

Expanding outpatient Primary Care practice with 10 clinic locations. Hospital employed. Flexible work schedule options, including week on / week off OR block schedule (28 days x 10 hour shifts), OR 3-5 days with 8hour / 10hour / 12hour shifts. Max of 1 : 3 light phone call. Established practice group with experienced providers and support staff.

Requirements :

  • BE / BC Family Medicine
  • OH license, or eligible

Compensation :

  • Total compensation package (up to $350k)
  • Guaranteed base salary
  • Production bonus (up to 25% of base)
  • Signing bonus
