Family Medicine Physician
Join an established rural community health center in North Georgia (one hour from Atlanta Metro). Safe family friendly community with affordable housing, tons of outdoor activities, sport and music entertainment, shopping and restaurants. Convenient location to Hartford International Airport. FQHC full-service, including primary care, pediatrics, womens health, and behavior health.
Join a two provider team! Outpatient clinic - Monday to Thursday with 1 / 2 day of Friday. Walk into an established panel. See patients of all ages providing preventative and chronic care. Call requirement (phone consults) every 6-week rotation. Group participates in training medical students and residents. Nurse Practitioner supervision. eClinical Works EMR.
Bilingual (Spanish) proficiency highly desired!
Requirements :
- BE / BC Family Medicine
- GA Licensed, or eligible
