Pediatric Nurse Practitioner
Join community health group in Cumming, GA. Safe family friendly community with affordable housing, good school district, entertainment, restaurants, all within close proximity to Atlanta Metro. FQHC full-service community health, includes primary care, behavioral health, dentistry.
Outpatient clinic (Monday - Thursday, and 1 / 2 day on Fridays), no evenings, no weekends. Call (phone consults) rotation schedule (every 6-7 weeks / annually). Support an underserved community. Assess patient with history taking, physical examination and diagnosis of health development problems. See patients for preventative and chronic care management. Participate in community outreach activities by educational and / or screening sessions. eClinical EMR.
Bilingual (Spanish) proficiency highly desirable!
Requirements :
- BC-Family Medicine
- Pediatric experience desired
- GA license, or eligible
