Job Description :
We are seeking an Associate Design Director (ADD) to join our design group. This role is perfect for a seasoned designer who is eager to step into a leadership position, guiding projects, mentoring teams, and shaping innovative, standout creative work with a hands-on approach. The ADD collaborates closely with Creative Directors and plays a pivotal role in ensuring high-quality design solutions for branding, packaging, and beyond.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead Creative Projects : Manage the creative direction and execution of multiple branding and design initiatives with the support of a Creative Director.
- Mentor & Manage : Guide and support Junior and Senior Designers, fostering a culture of growth and collaboration.
- Cross-Pollinate : Collaborate with teams across SRG—including insights, culinary, innovation consulting, and advertising—to create best-in-class work.
- Present with Impact : Represent the team in client-facing meetings and presentations, ensuring ideas are clearly communicated and well-received.
- Contribute to New Business : Support business development efforts through creative input on pitches and proposals.
- Stay Ahead of Trends : Continuously monitor and incorporate emerging industry trends, design innovations, and best practices to ensure our work remains fresh, relevant, and forward-thinking.
