Key Responsibilities:
- Provide friendly and professional customer service via in-person, phone, and email interactions.
- Manage guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently and accurately.
- Process reservations using our property management system.
- Assist with sales and administrative tasks, such as managing guest inquiries, organizing documents, and supporting sales outreach projects.
- Support daily resort operations, including stocking supplies, laundry, and light housekeeping as needed.
- Perform pre-arrival cabin inspections to ensure quality standards.
- Adhere to health, safety, and company policies.
- Take on additional tasks as needed to contribute to the success of the resort
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous customer service experience; hospitality experience is a plus!
- Strong interpersonal skills with a warm and welcoming demeanor.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a team-oriented environment.
- Proficiency with computers and the ability to learn new software systems.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated.
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
