Position Overview : We are seeking an experienced Scheduling Coordinator / Med Tech Supervisor to lead the PM shift at our community. This role is crucial in ensuring seamless operations, staff scheduling, and the safe administration of medications to our residents.
Key Responsibilities :
- Coordinate and manage staff schedules to ensure proper coverage for all shifts.
- Supervise and support Med Techs and caregivers during the PM shift.
- Administer medications accurately and in compliance with state regulations.
- Monitor residents’ health and respond promptly to changes in condition.
- Ensure compliance with all policies, procedures, and state regulations.
- Provide leadership and training to staff to maintain high standards of care.
- Maintain accurate documentation and communication regarding residents’ care.
