Server/Waiter/Bartender

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server and/or Bartender to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced dining environment. The ideal candidate will have experience in full service dining or customer service settings and possess a passion for providing exceptional guest experience. As a Server, you will be responsible for creating memorable dining experiences for our guests while ensuring that all food and beverage orders are delivered promptly and accurately.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Present menus, explain daily specials, and provide recommendations based on guest preferences.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately.
• Ensure timely delivery of orders to guests while maintaining high standards of presentation.
• Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience, addressing any concerns promptly.
• Assist with bussing tables and maintaining cleanliness in the restaurant area.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service and timely food preparation.
• Adhere to all food safety regulations and restaurant policies.

Skills

• Previous experience in dining, nightclub, or restaurant environments is preferred.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests.
• Knowledge of food service operations within the food industry.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks.
• Excellent communication skills and teamwork mentality.
• Attention to detail and commitment to providing high-quality service.

Pay

• Base rate is $16.66 plus tips. Tips range depending upon shift day/time and length but can range from an additional $15 per hour ($31.66 per hour total) during a slow period to up to an additional $30 per hour ($46.66 per hour total) or even more.
• Servers take their tips home daily, even those left on a credit card; there's no waiting for your tips to be on a paycheck.
• Servers earn 1 hour of paid sick leave for every 40 hours worked.
• Bartenders receive additional tips from servers for services provided, amounts vary based on volume.

Open Interview Schedule

• Wednesday: 9am-11am
• Thursday: noon-2:30pm
• Saturday: 7am-9am
• Sunday: 1pm-2pm

Pay: $16.66 - $45.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 38 per week
