Description
The Client Service Associate (CSA) is a team player and willing to assist team members. This role requires independent and strategic thinking. We are looking for someone who can convert prospects into clients, master the rating / quoting process with all carriers and be knowledgeable with respect to underwriting appetites. This consultant will be tasked with creating proposals for prospective clients, presenting new business to prospects and completing the onboarding process. They will also help educate prospects and clients on the value of the proper insurance portfolio.
WHAT YOU'LL DO (Essential Job Tasks)
As a Client Service Associate , you will :

Responsibilities
- Must be a team player and assist other team members when able
- Must be skilled in converting prospects into clients
- Master the rating / quoting process with all carriers
- Be knowledgeable with respect to underwriting appetites
- Create proposals for prospective clients
- Present new business to prospects and finish the onboarding process
- Manage referrals
- Educate prospects and clients on the value of the proper insurance portfolio
- Assist team with remarketing
- Establish good working relationships with underwriters
