Description
The Robotic Process Automation (RPA) Analyst evaluates business processes and transforms them into high-performing automation, emphasizing efficiency and sustainability.
Position Requirements
As a Robotic Process Automation (RPA) Analyst, your responsibilities will include :
- Utilize industry-leading RPA platform such as UiPath, Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere, etc. to build and deploy efficient and scalable RPA solutions.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams and other cross-functional stakeholders to capture all business requirements and then translate those requirements into technical designs and solutions.
- Integrate bot builds into business workflow by partnering with operation teams.
- Communicate with and present bot demos to business subject matter experts to support successful delivery.
- Problem-solve issues that arise in the day-to-day running / building of automation processes and provide timely responses and solutions as required.
- Participate in training to enhance skills and abilities in RPA, including tools and best practices.
