We are in search of Regional Sales Managers to support our rapid growth. The full-time annual salary for this position is between $90k - $120k dependent upon experience, and qualifications. It also qualifies for participation in the Company Sales Commission Plan.

Travel Requirements :
Overnight travel is required up to 50-75% of time.
Position Summary :
This position calls for a person who is action oriented with an ability to think strategically while also maintaining a passion for tactical detail level execution. Responsibilities include identifying and developing new customers while expanding opportunities within existing assigned accounts. A critical combination of sales skills, marketing knowledge and analytical ability along with comfortability building relationships at a buyer, project manager, and / or executive level is essential to success.

This position is a remote position with work performed primarily an office environment with frequent travel and regular construction site walkdowns.
Physical Requirements :
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to effectively communicate with others via email, phone and in person. The employee must frequently use hands and fingers to use computers, calculators, write letters, sign documents, and pick up files in the course of work. The employee is frequently required to remain in a stationary position and occasionally move about the inside of an office to access filing cabinets, office machinery and other equipment necessary to accomplish the tasks at hand. The employee is regularly required to position oneself to move and / or access files or other necessary equipment, and is rarely required to crouch, crawl climb or balance. Ability to travel, operate motor vehicle, and navigate varying ground terrain as encountered on construction job worksites routinely.
