Job Description:
We are looking for a Supply Chain Operations Assistant to support our team in delivering exceptional service to our clients. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the timely delivery, setup, and breakdown of equipment and supplies for corporate and VIP events.
Responsibilities:
- Loading and unloading event equipment and supplies
- Transporting items to and from venues across the area
- Assisting with on-site setup and breakdown of event materials
- Maintaining warehouse cleanliness and organization
- Performing regular vehicle safety checks and reporting any issues
- Handling all items with care, ensuring quality standards are upheld
- Presenting a polished and professional demeanor in all client interactions
Requirements:
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Experience operating delivery vehicles (26 ft truck or similar preferred)
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated
- High school diploma or equivalent
