FLEX SCHEDULE
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive primary care services to patients, ensuring high-quality and compassionate care.
- Work collaboratively to unify business, operational, support, and clinical functions into a cohesive team.
- Emphasize preventive care and health improvement programs to enhance patient well-being.
Qualifications:
- MD or DO degree with Board Certification in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.
- Minimum of 2 years of current experience in primary outpatient care.
- Active and unrestricted Arizona medical license.
- Proficiency in MS Office Products (Word/Excel) and Electronic Health Records systems.
- Strong communication skills, demonstrating compassion and flexibility.
- Experience with Epic systems is a plus, though not required.
This position offers a patient-first care model that supports a low daily patient census, allowing for the delivery of the “gold standard” in patient care.
