Job Description:
Seeking Customer Service Representatives to join our team in Indianapolis, IN. This is a hybrid position, with remote work after training. The role involves daily member telephone calls, educating members, resolving issues, and linking members to the proper services. You'll assist both members and providers with eligibility, benefits, and claims issues while supporting overall medical management.

Shift Details:
- Shift Type: Days
- Shift Times: 8 hours/day, one late shift per week required
- Shift Notes: Hybrid position during and after training
Required Qualifications:
- Experience: 1 year in a call center
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent
- Location: Must reside in Indiana
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer calls and document interactions in line with department standards
- Assist members and providers with questions and concerns
- Help members access appropriate services, including finding providers and arranging transportation
- Resolve claims issues and assist with pharmacy and eligibility issues
- Educate members on health services and benefits
- Coordinate referrals, health assessments, and preventative health screenings
- Assist with member care gaps and community support services
- Participate in departmental projects and quality improvement initiatives
- Ensure accurate benefits information is provided to members and providers
- Perform other duties as needed to ensure efficient department operations
