About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) for a 13-week contract in the Cardiovascular Operating Room (CVOR) at a leading medical facility in Bismarck, ND. This position offers an exciting opportunity to provide critical care in a fast-paced and specialized surgical environment.
Key Responsibilities
✔ Assist the surgical team in performing cardiovascular surgeries.
✔ Monitor patients' vital signs before, during, and after procedures.
✔ Prepare and maintain sterile operating conditions.
✔ Provide patient care and support throughout the surgical process.
✔ Ensure proper documentation of patient care and surgery details.
✔ Maintain a safe and efficient surgical environment for both patients and staff.
Qualifications
Required:
✅ Active and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of North Dakota.
✅ Minimum of 1-2 years of RN experience in a CVOR or surgical setting.
✅ Current BLS and ACLS certifications.
Preferred:
✔ Experience in cardiovascular surgeries or cardiovascular operating rooms.
✔ Strong clinical judgment and the ability to handle high-stress situations.
✔ Proficient in operating room protocols and sterile techniques.
✔ Strong communication and teamwork skills.
