Job Summary

As a CVOR Technologist, you will assist the surgical team during cardiovascular procedures, ensuring a sterile environment, managing surgical instruments, and supporting patient safety throughout operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain a sterile field for cardiovascular surgeries.
• Assist surgeons during procedures, including bypass surgeries, valve repairs, and other cardiac operations.
• Handle surgical instruments, supplies, and equipment efficiently.
• Operate and troubleshoot specialized equipment, such as heart-lung machines and monitoring devices.
• Maintain accurate surgical records and documentation in systems like Epic or Cerner.
• Adhere to strict infection control and safety protocols.

Experience & Requirements

• Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in a CVOR or similar operating room setting.
• Certifications: Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) required; BLS required

For travelers, housing in Prescott, AZ, typically ranges from $1,700 to $2,400 per month, offering options for shared or private accommodations near your assignment.
