Job description:
Job Opportunity: ER Tech
Location: Springfield, VT 05156
Shift Schedule: 12-hour Day shifts
Assignment Duration: 13 weeks
Pay Rate: $24/hr on W2
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing emergency care to patients in the ER by monitoring the patients' temperature, pulse, and blood pressure.
- Assisting with emergency medical processes, such as dressing wounds and administering stitches.
- Compiling all medical paperwork for patients, such as discharge instructions, medical aid documentation, and aftercare guidelines.
- Measuring and fitting patients with casts or crutches, and instructing patients on proper crutch walking.
- Taking medical samples from patients, such as blood or urine.
Qualifications Required:
✅ Active and unrestricted NREMT & VT EMT State License.
✅ Minimum of 2 years of ER Tech
✅ Current BLS certification.
