Position Overview:
Seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to fill a House Supervisor role. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of House Supervisor or Manager experience with a strong ED/Trauma background (preferred). This position requires excellent leadership skills, the ability to coordinate staffing, and serve as a clinical resource to all nursing departments.

Shift Details:
- Shift Length: 12-hour shifts
- Shift Time: 1845 to 0700 (with EOW weekend requirements)
- Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week
- Weekend Requirement: Every other weekend (EOW)
- Holiday Requirement: Yes, expected to work one holiday if contracted through December 31.
Required Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years as a House Supervisor or Manager (preferably with a background in ED/Trauma, but MS/ICU experience will be considered).
- Certifications:
- ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)
- BLS (Basic Life Support)
- PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support)
- TNCC (Trauma Nursing Core Course)
- EMR System: Meditech
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the clinical supervisor for all departments, providing guidance and support.
- Coordinate staffing for oncoming shifts and ensure smooth operations.
- Serve as a subject matter expert in clinical nursing departments.
- Assist in bed management (small scale) and staff assignments.
- Patient assignments are rare but may occur as needed to provide support.
- Ensure appropriate transfers are arranged when necessary.
- Oversee the mixing of medications as needed.
