Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct and indirect care to residents as part of the nursing team.
- Work collaboratively with care providers to ensure the safety and comfort of residents.
- Address and manage the needs of residents with Alzheimer's, dementia, or those requiring rehabilitation care.
- Maintain flexibility in scheduling, including coverage 24 hours a day, 7 days a week
Experience:
- Experience in Nursing
Requirements
- Current LPN license in good standing.
- BLS- AHA
- Covid Card
- Experience in a hospital or nursing home setting is preferred.
- Proficiency in venipuncture, specimen collection processing, and sterile processing techniques.
- Familiarity with administering dermal fillers is a plus.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team.
- Compassionate approach to patient care, especially when working with children.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality and adhering to ethical standards.
