Position Highlights:

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform clinical laboratory testing in areas such as hematology, chemistry, urinalysis, microbiology, and immunology.
- Operate and maintain laboratory instruments and equipment.
- Analyze and interpret test results, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Collect and prepare specimens for testing following established protocols.
- Document and report findings to physicians and appropriate medical staff.
- Ensure compliance with laboratory safety procedures and quality control standards.
Qualifications:
- Associate's degree in Medical Laboratory Technology or related field.
- Current national certification (ASCP, AMT, or equivalent) required.
- Valid Montana MLT license or eligibility to obtain.
- At least 1 year of recent lab experience preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent analytical skills.
- BLS Certification required.
