This 13-week contract assignment offers a competitive pay rate of $45/hr on W2 and a flexible shift schedule to support vacation coverage needs.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment and is comfortable working varied shifts while maintaining a high standard of accuracy and care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform a wide range of laboratory tests including hematology, chemistry, urinalysis, and microbiology
- Operate and maintain laboratory instruments and equipment
- Collect and prepare specimens for analysis
- Ensure accuracy of test results and maintain proper documentation
- Comply with all laboratory policies, procedures, and quality control standards
- Collaborate with healthcare staff to support effective patient diagnosis and treatment
Qualifications:
- Associate’s degree in Clinical Laboratory Science or related field
- National certification (ASCP or equivalent) required
- Minimum 1 year of recent clinical lab experience
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Flexibility to cover varied shifts, including days, evenings, or weekends as needed
