Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine and specialized laboratory tests across various departments, including hematology, chemistry, urinalysis, and microbiology
- Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot laboratory instruments
- Ensure high-quality specimen collection, preparation, and analysis
- Maintain accurate documentation and uphold quality assurance protocols
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure timely and accurate lab results
Qualifications:
- Associate degree in Medical Laboratory Technology (2-year program required)
- Current ASCP certification required
- 1 years of clinical lab experience preferred
- Exceptional accuracy, attention to detail, and ability to work independently
