Job Description
Seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our Medical/Surgical Department . The CNA will provide basic nursing care to patients under the direct supervision of Registered Nurses (RNs) and/or Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs).
Job Posting: CNA - Med/Surg
Job location: Hermiston, OR
Job Duration: 13 weeks with potential of extension.
Shift: 12hrs days, 36hrs Guaranteed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform a variety of tasks, adapting efficiently to different duties as needed.
- Maintain patient confidentiality and respect patient rights.
- Show empathy and compassion to patients experiencing grief, pain, or trauma.
- Report changes in patient condition to other staff members.
- Foster teamwork and cooperation within the healthcare team.
- Communicate effectively and therapeutically with individuals from diverse backgrounds.
- Integrate guest relations into daily tasks.
