Pay Rate: $60–$65/hour
Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Operating Room Registered Nurse (OR RN) for a 13-week contract position in Pittsfield, MA. The ideal candidate will have experience in surgical nursing and be comfortable working in a fast-paced OR environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the surgical team during operative procedures.
- Monitor patients before, during, and after surgery.
- Maintain a sterile and organized environment in the OR.
- Adhere to infection control and patient safety protocols.
- Communicate effectively with the surgical team and patients.
Requirements:
- Active RN license (MA or compact state).
- Minimum 1 year of recent OR experience.
- BLS certification (required), ACLS preferred.
- Strong critical thinking and communication skills.
