Quality RN Coordinator – King City, CA
Pay Range: $60 - $65 per hour
8 or 10-Hour Day Shifts | 13-Week Assignment
We are seeking an experienced Quality RN Coordinator to join our healthcare team in King City, CA. This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated nurse with a passion for quality improvement, patient safety, and regulatory compliance.
Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee and support quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with regulatory standards (e.g., Joint Commission, CMS).
- Analyze clinical data and identify areas for performance improvement.
- Educate and collaborate with healthcare teams to implement best practices.
- Assist with risk management and patient safety programs.
- Develop and update policies and procedures to align with healthcare regulations.
Qualifications:
- Active RN license in California (or compact state eligibility).
- Minimum 2 years of experience in quality improvement, patient safety, or related roles.

- Proficiency in data collection, analysis, and reporting.
