Position Overview
Currently seeking two Registered Dietitians to join our growing team in the Delano and Bakersfield region. In this role, you will play a vital part in the health and quality of life of our ESRD (End-Stage Renal Disease) patients by providing personalized dietary care, education, and ongoing support. You’ll work closely with our interdisciplinary care team and contribute to both clinical excellence and patient satisfaction.

Salary Range: $84,000 – $115,000 annually (commensurate with experience)
Shift: Day Shift | Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (40 hours/week)
Weekend Requirements: Occasional Saturdays, if needed
Requirements
- Registered by the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR)
- Current state licensure (if applicable by California)
- Minimum 1 year of experience in clinical nutrition as a Registered Dietitian
- Ability to speak effectively with patients and team members
- Strong documentation and protocol interpretation skills
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive nutritional assessments and ongoing evaluations for dialysis patients.
- Develop individualized nutrition plans and educate patients and their families on dietary needs.
- Collaborate with the Interdisciplinary Team (IDT) to complete patient care plans.
- Participate in Quality Assessment and Performance Improvement (QAPI) programs.
- Review lab results, modify diet plans, and assist in medication management in collaboration with physicians.
- Provide support in obtaining IPN, IDPN, and nutritional supplements.
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, and state licensing standards.
- Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to organizational protocols.
