- Shift: 12-hour shifts (Mids, EOW)

- Floating: Between all West Valley locations
CHI St. Alexius Health Devils Lake Hospital – Devils Lake, ND
- Unit: ER RN
- Shift: 12-hour shifts (D/N Rotate)
- Guaranteed Hours: 36 per week
- Experience: 2 years
- Certifications: ACLS, BLS, NIHSS, PALS
- Floating: First to float, 2 of 6 weekends required
CHI St. Alexius Health Bismarck Medical Center – Bismarck, ND
- Unit: ER RN
- Shift: 12-hour night shifts (EOW)
- Guaranteed Hours: 36 per week
- Experience: 2 years
- Certifications: ACLS, BLS, PALS, TNCC
- Floating: First to float
CHI St. Alexius Health Williston Medical Center – Williston, ND
- Unit: ER RN
- Shift: 8 or 12-hour shifts (D/N Rotate)
- Guaranteed Hours: 36 per week
- Experience: 1 year
- Certifications: ACLS, BLS, PALS, TNCC
- Floating: First to float, weekends/holidays as needed

Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality patient care in the emergency room, including patient assessment and IV insertion.
- Administer basic life support and advanced cardiac life support as needed.
- Utilize EHR systems for accurate documentation and patient information management.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement care plans.
- Ensure compliance with BLS, ACLS, PALS, and TNCC certification protocols in emergency situations.
- Perform catheterization and airway management as required for patient stabilization.
