About the Role
We are seeking experienced Home Health RNs for 13-week contracts in Dickinson, ND, and Williston, ND. These positions provide an excellent opportunity to deliver personalized, one-on-one patient care in a home setting, supporting patients in their recovery and daily health management.
Key Responsibilities
✔ Conduct comprehensive patient assessments in home settings.
✔ Develop and implement individualized care plans based on patient needs.
✔ Provide medication management, wound care, and chronic disease education.
✔ Monitor patient progress and update care plans accordingly.
✔ Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
✔ Educate patients and families on disease management and self-care techniques.
Qualifications Required:
✅ Active and unrestricted North Dakota RN license or compact license.
✅ Minimum of 1 year of Home Health nursing experience.
✅ Current BLS certification.
✅ Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Preferred:
✔ Experience with OASIS documentation.
✔ Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
✔ Ability to work independently and adapt to different home environments.
